HOW THE SALE IS FORMALIZED

No contract of sale will exist in relation to any product until your order has been expressly accepted by us. If your order is not accepted, the amount will be refunded in full.

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We are not required to accept the order and may, at its discretion, refuse to accept it. The purchase will only be accepted when we send you the shipping confirmation and this will refer exclusively and only to those products indicated in the shipping confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply you with any other products.

We reserve the right not to accept an order in the following cases: i) in the case of a technical error and/or a typographical error in the price or in the rest of the product data and, ii) in the case of lack of availability of the product/s.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of the products will be the one stipulated at all times on our website, except in the case of obvious error. Although we try to ensure that all prices on the site are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered and said error is obvious and manifest, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled and any amounts paid will be fully refunded.

The prices on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount.

Prices may change at any time, but will not affect orders for which we have already sent a shipping confirmation.

PAYMENT METHODS

In general terms, payments made through credit or debit card, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay will be accepted. Without prejudice to this, said payment methods may be extended and/or modified depending on the place where the purchase takes place and the circumstances at any given time. In any case, you will have access to all updated information regarding payment methods at the time of purchase.

“Payment” cards will be subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and we will not be able to formalize the sale.

SHIPPING

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping and handling costs are not included in the price.

As a general rule, in purchases for an amount greater than that indicated in each case on our Website (at the top), there will be no shipping costs and it will be free. In the rest of the cases, shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location, for different areas and are calculated automatically based on the destination. You can see the shipping costs once you have chosen your products by clicking on the shopping cart and choosing the shipping area.

For countries outside the European Union, customs taxes and duties are not included in the price of the products or the order. The carrier may charge customs fees at the time of delivery, in accordance with current regulations.

It should be noted that during promotional periods (sales, etc.) the conditions provided for in the previous paragraph may be modified. However, in any case, you can consult these circumstances by consulting our Website or at the time of purchase.

Remember that shipments are not made to Post Office Boxes, so it is necessary that you tell us the exact delivery address.

To avoid problems in the event that you are not at home at the time of delivery, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with a contact telephone number where we can reach you.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Shipments are managed through the company Correos or UPS. Typical delivery times are 2 to 4 business days to all destinations. However, in the event that a delay in their delivery is expected, we will send you a communication indicating this circumstance.

To calculate the delivery time of our shipments, you must take into account that orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will begin to be prepared the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 p.m., Saturday or Sunday are prepared and shipped on Monday.

In special periods, promotions or sales, exceptionally, delivery times may be affected.

Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, ​​so city holidays will affect delivery times.

In the event that, due to an exceptional case, we do not have any product of the order, we will inform you of this situation and we will refund the proportional part of it.
