RETURNS:

You have a period of 30 days from the delivery date of your order to change your mind. You can return your entire order or part of it. To proceed with its exchange or return, the product must not be used and must be in perfect condition.

The JEWELERY, ACCESSORIES, CANDLE and PERFUME must be returned respecting their original and intact packaging.

For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of panties are not allowed.

BIKINIS and SWIMSUITS can only be exchanged or returned if they retain the hygienic adhesive.

Return at home

To request your return you can do so through your customer profile, from your order history or from the returns section.

Please note that all items you wish to return must be registered on the return request. In the event that you send an item that you have not requested, Svyataya is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of the item.

It is also essential that you correctly mark the number of boxes that you will use to send the products, in case you send more packages than those selected, Brownie will not be responsible for the loss or misplacement of the additional box/s.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with the steps to follow:

Within 24-72 business hours, a courier will come to collect the products to be returned. Please note that pickups cannot be scheduled with a preferred date or time.

It is essential that you insert the invoice for your order inside the package. More than one order cannot be returned within the same request and box.

Within a period of up to 15 days after collection, you will receive the amount through the same payment method that you used during the purchase.

Return cost:

Spain:
o Peninsula: Free*

o Balearic Islands: €7.95, which will be deducted from the total amount refunded

International:
o Calculated individually in each case

Customs costs, if any, will also be borne by the client.

*If you make a second request for collection of the same order, there will be a charge of €3.95 that will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

How can I return a defective product if the exchange or return period has passed?

In cases where you consider that the product has a defect or manufacturing defect, you should contact us by email info@svyataya.es indicating the damage suffered by the product and our quality team will review the defect and we will tell you how to proceed.

We inform you that all shipped products are carefully reviewed to avoid these situations.
